Usually some old fart says this. (With a gleam in their own eye) 

Now I am the old fart telling you that it is quite true! 

No gleams, no twinkles, just a need to communicate to everyone that life is precious and it is a gift. 

So don't waste it not doing anything! 

Get off yer ass and GO OUTSIDE!!!! 

Tell eveyone you love that you love them, try to love even the unlovable ones,

Do your best at all time, do the exciting things you have always wanted to do before you can't....

AND Above All...

But if you do have it, do your best to exercise, eat well, enjoy your life!  

It doesn't have to take over. You may live a very long time with it. So, no need to panic.
